By downloading, opening, or playing Tycoon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and remove it from your device.
Use of the Game
Tycoon is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may use the app to play against computer opponents, save and continue games, and play online with other people using a game code. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its online services or ads, attempt to cheat or manipulate online games, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Online Play and Display Names
When you play online, other players at your table see your display name and your moves. Choose a name that is not offensive, misleading, or someone else's personal information. Do not use online play to harass other players. If you leave an online game before it ends, a computer player takes over your seat so the others can continue; you can rejoin with the game code and take it back. Online play depends on network access and on Google Firebase, and games may be interrupted or lost. We may remove game rooms at any time, including inactive rooms.
Gameplay, Dice, and Computer Players
Tycoon follows classic property-trading rules, including buying and auctioning properties, rent, colour sets, houses and hotels, mortgages, trading, Fortune and Treasury cards, jail, and bankruptcy. Dice rolls are produced by a pseudo-random generator. Computer players make their own decisions and are not guaranteed to play perfectly. Rules, computer behaviour, and features may be adjusted, corrected, added, or removed in future updates.
No Real Money
All money, property, and prizes in Tycoon are play money with no real-world value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, or withdrawn. Tycoon does not offer gambling.
Advertising
Tycoon shows ads through Google AdMob, including a banner and full-screen ads when a game ends or when you leave a game. Ad availability and content are provided by the advertising service and are not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
Tycoon, including its design, code, board, street names, card texts, graphics, and related content, is owned by us or licensed to us. These terms give you permission to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of the app or any related intellectual property. Tycoon is an original game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hasbro or the owner of any other property-trading game.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Tycoon at any time. We work to keep the game stable and enjoyable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free play, permanent availability of every feature, or compatibility with every device or operating system version.
No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Tycoon is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost progress, interrupted online games, data loss, device issues, ad unavailability, or inability to use the app.
