What to Include
When reporting a problem, include the app version (shown at the bottom of the Support screen), your device model and operating system version, and a screenshot if the issue is visual. For an online game, include the five-character game code and roughly when it happened. For a game against the computer, tell us the turn number and what you were doing when it went wrong.
Gameplay Help
Roll the dice and move around the board. Buy unowned properties or send them to auction, collect rent when others land on yours, and complete a colour set to double the rent and build houses and hotels. Fortune and Treasury cards can move you, pay you, or charge you. Landing on the Jail square is only a visit; you go to jail from the Go To Jail corner, a card, or by rolling doubles three times in a row. To get out, roll doubles, pay $50, or use a Get Out of Jail Free card. Players who cannot pay what they owe go bankrupt, and the last player standing wins. Tap Rules on the home screen for a quick guide.
Trading and Managing Properties
On your turn, tap Trade to offer properties, cash, or jail cards to another player. Tap My properties to see your portfolio, then tap a property to build, sell buildings, mortgage, or unmortgage it.
Playing Online
Tap Play Online, enter your name, and host a game to get a five-character code to share, or join a friend's game with their code. The host can add computer players and starts the game. If you leave an online game early, a computer player takes over your seat so the others can carry on; open Play Online and tap Rejoin to take your seat back. Online play needs an internet connection.
Ads
Tycoon is free and shows a banner at the bottom of the screen and a full-screen ad when a game ends or when you leave a game. Ads are never shown in the middle of your turn.
