By downloading, opening, or playing Sudoku, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and remove it from your device.
Use of the Game
Sudoku is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may use the app to start puzzles, save progress, resume games, view history and statistics, and use available helper features such as hints, checks, and solve. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt to bypass ads or reward checks, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Puzzle Content and Progress
Sudoku generates number puzzle boards with a unique solution and stores puzzle state, timers, hints, checks, settings, statistics, and game history on your device. Puzzle generation, board sizes (4x4, 6x6, and 9x9), difficulty levels, hint techniques, and saved-session behavior may be adjusted, corrected, added, or removed in future updates.
Advertising and Rewards
Sudoku may show banner ads and rewarded ads through Google AdMob or similar advertising services. After the free allowance of hints and checks is used, additional hints, checks, or a full solve may require watching a rewarded ad. Rewards are granted only when the advertising provider confirms that the reward was earned. Ad availability, delivery, and reward confirmation are not guaranteed and may depend on network conditions, device settings, region, or provider availability.
Intellectual Property
Sudoku, including its design, code, gameplay experience, text, graphics, and related content, is owned by us or licensed to us. These terms give you permission to use the app; they do not transfer ownership of the app or any related intellectual property.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Sudoku at any time. We work to keep the game stable and enjoyable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free puzzles, permanent availability of every feature, or compatibility with every device or operating system version.
No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Sudoku is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost progress, data loss, device issues, ad unavailability, or inability to use the app.
